Why hasn't my package moved according to the tracking info?Updated a year ago

Just a heads up, FedEx and USPS don't scan packages at our facility. They collect them in big trailers and on pallets, then scan them at their hubs. If you don't see any scans for 1-2 days, your package has already left our place (except on weekends). The carriers are super busy, so please be patient for the package to get scanned. If there's no movement for 3 days, please contact us here.

We also recommend that you sign up for the email notifications from the shipping provider.  For some reason that tends to get your package moving!
