What should I do if my tracking hasn’t been updated?Updated a year ago

Please work with our Customer Care team to file a claim by contacting Wholesale Supplies Plus customer service for assistance at 216-503-9361 or via our web Contact Page within 7 business days.

If the claim is approved, we will offer a reshipment or refund.

Note: Claims can take 2-3 weeks to be approved through our shipping providers.
