Can you refund my sales tax if I submit my resale certificate today?Updated 4 months ago

Regrettably, we cannot reimburse the sales tax paid on orders placed prior to the submission and validation of your exemption documentation.  If you were charged tax prior to receiving tax exemption with our companies, you may contact your state Department of Revenue to request a refund of paid taxes.  If you notice that sales tax is being charged when placing an order after tax exemption status has been achieved, kindly reach out to our Customer Care team before proceeding with the order for further assistance.
